As a Change Management Consultant , Jodi, with her team at Loboh Enterprises Pty Ltd, manages high level contracts in the financial services, corporate and government sectors.
In this role, Jodi lives by the guiding principal of “seeking first to understand then to be understood” which has made her a popular manager. She was a Finalist in the 2009 Australian Institute of Management – Sunshine Coast Division – Owner Manager of the Year.
With a university qualification in Business and her Adult Learning and Assessment certificate, Jodi is a well-rounded specialist who is successfull at project delivery, training and professional process reengineering services. She draws on extensive work experience and well practiced organisational skills to get the job done.
Jodi is very passionate about learning and is inspired everyday when she learns something new. She has worked with TAFE as Diploma Teacher for IT Project Management and thoroughly enjoyed sharing her experience with them.
Speaking with others and building better businesses through perfecting processes is a passion and Jodi uses her Toastmasters’ skills to listen, seek feedback and take positive action.
